There are specific but very interesting variations of twists, bottom handstands like bakasana and physically difficult moments associated with chaturanga (lying down). Therefore, it will be quite difficult for beginner practitioners. And we are sure that mid-level practitioners will really like the complex and will have something to adopt for their regular practice.

Со второго раза распробовал — бомбовая тренировка. По ощущениям, круто прорабатывает всю верхнюю часть тела. Почти всю тренировку растягиваешься, но местами нужно потеть.
