  • Fundamental Extension: Every movement begins with the crown of the head reaching upward. Lyudmila teaches how to straighten the spine "without unnecessary tension," creating space between the vertebrae.
  • Breath Discipline: Special emphasis is placed on cleansing techniques (such as Kapalabhati 108 times) and synchronizing every motion with the breath cycle to build and store energy.
  • Geometry and Control: Precise alignment of every asana—from the fingertips to the rotation of the pelvic bones—ensures maximum stability and safety.
  • Work with Energy Centers: The use of Sapurno-mudra, energy locks (bandhas), and specialized eye gymnastics helps balance the nervous system and sharpen concentration.
