Training Cycles with the YWQ Method: Endless Possibilities

Greetings! The second "season"... well, it’s no longer just a season. The YWQ algorithm has been refined and perfected, and now there are so many ways to build training series that calling it a season doesn’t seem right anymore. This will likely take three or four years, at least. So, I’m saying goodbye to the term "season" and introducing the concept of training cycles instead.

Now, we’re getting serious. I train according to this algorithm myself, with no repetition of series. This keeps things fun, but also allows me to demonstrate all the "canonical" ways to structure a training series, and show that this variety is just the beginning. In the master series, anything is possible—that’s the real "cherry on top" of the algorithm.

Of course, the canonical series are the foundation. They can be both parametric and with a constant breathing pattern, and they remain incredibly effective for physical and energetic development. But you don’t need to follow my training schedule strictly—it's rather spontaneous. I created this algorithm to bring order to the chaos. What emerged is something far more spectacular and powerful than just an organized structure.

You can use the series however you like: perform them in any order, repeat them as many times as you want. Just one note: when the parametric series become familiar, they might lose some of their radical psycho-activity. However, their efficiency for training your physical body and energy remains intact. The "psycho-effect" isn’t about structure or energy. What is it about? I can't explain it—there’s no need to. Instead, I'll quote Master Chen Wan Peng, who once said to me: "Let him do it two thousand times, and he will understand on his own."
