Practicing yoga since 1975, teaching since 1987. One of the world's leading experts in the development of yoga teaching methods and training technologies. The author-developer of a systematic approach to teaching yoga, optimized for the conditions of modern society (Yoga23(Y23) methodological system), then finalized and improved the system (Yoga23FiT, GYAMS, Yoga of Intent), at the moment, he called the latest yoga development «Yoga Workout Self-Adjustment System». From 1968 to 1976 he was engaged in sports swimming, then in diving and freediving.
Since 1980 – diving instructor, qualified as a professional diver. In 1981-1983, based on the ancient yogic swimming technique (plavita-sadhana) and his own experience, he developed and implemented a unique system of swimming training to increase the “working” breath holding. Professionally engaged in underwater video and photography. As a yoga expert and videographer, he collaborates with leading freediving athletes. Repeated laureate and prize-winner of the Silver Shark International Underwater Image Festival in the “underwater video film” and “underwater video” nominations.
He has been practicing yoga – occasionally under the guidance of a trainer since 1975, constantly on his own – since 1978. From 1980 to 1984, he illegally(it was forbidden in the USSR) used elements of yoga techniques in coaching with divers. Until 1986, he taught yoga underground. At the moment, he is one of the world's leading experts in the development of modern methods of teaching yoga and training technologies. By education – a sound engineer (Chair of Information Processing and Registration Systems of the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, graduated in 1984). Until 1989, he worked as an engineer, first in the main specialty in the production of information recording devices, then as a developer of devices for measuring the characteristics of an underwater light field in the system of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR. At the same time, he secretly taught yoga for a narrow circle of sports divers and some insiders. Since 1987, at the invitation of the leadership of the Kyiv cooperative "Forma" (now the Ukrainian National Wushu Federation), he began to teach yoga openly. In 1988, he completed a course at the faculty of advanced training for leading physical education workers and trainers at the Kiev State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports (the current National University of Physical Culture of Ukraine). This was the first course specially held by the State Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of the Ukrainian SSR in order to legalize the coaching activities of a number of specialists in martial arts and yoga, who until that moment worked illegally in the Soviet Union. Since 1989, he completely switched to legal teaching in the field of yoga, yoga therapy, and modern psychotronic training technologies. In 1989-1990, he headed the yoga therapy department of the Avicenna Medical Center (Kyiv).
A. V. Sidersky is the author of the psychedelic bestseller "The Third Discovery of the Force", three special books and numerous articles on the theory and practice of yoga, the author of translations of the works of Carlos Castaneda "A Separate Reality", "Journey to Ixtlan", "Fire from Within", "Seagull Johnatan Livingston” by Richard Bach, some works by Mantak Chia, Sri Swami Sivananda, “Hatha Yoga Pradipika” by Swatmarama. Based on the analysis of the influence of the reflective properties of multi-colored flat geometric objects on the energy-informational content of space, during 1990-2003 he developed a specific direction of psychotechnological influence - psychotronic art (psyart). In 2003-2006 participated in major art exhibitions in London, Zurich, Geneva, New York. In 2004-2007, solo exhibitions were held in London ("Gallery in the Cork Street"), New York ("Amsterdam Whitney Gallery"). Created several dozen "targeted" psychotronic works to modulate the information content of office, training and residential spaces. All works are in private collections and galleries (Ukraine, Russia, Great Britain, USA, Switzerland).
As a result of almost 30 years of yoga practice experience and 20 years of work on improving yoga teaching methods, he developed a systematic approach to teaching yoga, optimized for the conditions of modern society - the Yoga23 (Y23) methodological system. I went through all the stages that every qualified yoga teacher went through - from studying the classics to the intuitive flow method of practice and teaching ... And he went further - to where none of the teachers had looked before - to the area of discovering the basic principles of yoga on a new round of the human spiral knowledge about the structure of the world. At the heart of the Yoga23 (Y23) system is the philosophical basis of the theory of physical vacuum, the theory of torsion field, linguistic genetics, scientific cosmoenergy and information theory.
