Workout #4: Intensive Cleansing and Deep Folds

The session starts with three series of Kapalabhati at different tempos for a powerful energetic recharge and detoxification. The main part includes deep forward folds with holds and a strength-based squat with knees kept together. It is perfect for those looking to increase their endurance levels.
