This training set is a deep exploration of your body and mind through intermediate-level yoga. The program includes an introductory theoretical part and six unique sequences that vary in intensity, breathing patterns, and difficulty, yet all share a common goal: a holistic workout for the entire body.
The primary focus is on the core (the center). Inna Nilova designs the practice so that the center connects the periphery—arms, legs, head—into a single, coordinated system. You will learn to build correct muscle memory: from the precise alignment of the feet and knee locks to deep breath control.
Why this set is important: Inna points out that we often choose only the exercises we like or find easy. This set offers a balanced approach that helps highlight your "blind spots." By observing your resistance or comfort in different blocks, you can better understand your habits and eliminate physical and mental asymmetries.
What’s included:
Theoretical block: Understanding the individualization of practice and the importance of self-observation.
Variety of modes: From gentle stretches with long holds to dynamic balance flows.
Breathwork: Using a metronome (4:4 rhythm), Kapalabhati, and Ujjayi practices.
Journey from fundamental points of support to a state of complete inner silence and gravitational balance.
