Several complexes for working out the whole body. They are all different, both in duration, and in the load and variety of asanas that make up the complexes, but in all the complexes the concentration is on the work of the center. The center connects the periphery, legs, arms, neck together. Therefore, in each complex there will be asanas that “collect” the center as much as possible.

Medium difficulty material. For people already practicing yoga.

Suitable for daily practice - practice for six days, rest for one and recover. You can split it into two weeks and practice every other day.
