Slava Gutsalyuk has identified three fundamental zones of our body through which the main vascular, nervous, and energy pathways pass. Working through these zones is not just about exercise; it is about studying the "movement formulas" that restore the body's natural lightness and functionality.

Course Modules
1. Upper Shoulder Girdle: The Gates of Health This zone is the key to the cardio-respiratory system. Often, a "muscular armor" forms here due to psycho-emotional tension.
In the program: Dynamic unlocking, shaking techniques, and specific binds to relieve tension from the shoulder blades and solar plexus.
Result: Freedom of breath, improved brain nourishment, and release of tension in the neck and shoulders. We open the "gates" for lymphatic and blood circulation, triggering rapid stress adaptation mechanisms.
2. Inner Thighs and Pelvic Area: Therapy and Balance The internal structure of the thighs is directly linked to the function of the genitourinary system, digestion, and the health of the lower spine.
In the program: Gentle rotation of the hip joints and work in the plane of Samakonasana (side splits).
Result: Elimination of venous congestion in the pelvic area, a sense of lightness, and a deep therapeutic effect on the abdominal organs. You will feel warmth, pulsation, and a true sense of "liberation" in the hips.
3. Front and Back of the Legs: The Foundation of Stability The legs are our foundation and the guarantee of spinal health. Our energy expenditure for every movement in daily life depends on their flexibility.
In the program: Preparation for Hanumanasana (front splits) through three-stage cycles of warming and stretching.
Result: Strengthening of local immunity, recovery of the lumbosacral zone, and awakening of subtle meridians that saturate the body with vital force.
