This complex by Andrey Sidersky is not just a set of vision correction exercises, but a profound psychophysical practice for tuning one's attention. Unlike standard techniques, this method operates in three-dimensional space, involving both physical eye movements and "virtual" vectors of concentration.

What makes this method unique? We receive most of our information through sight, but our attention is often limited to a narrow sector in front of us. Andrey Sidersky proposes expanding the "sphere of observation" by directing gaze and focus into areas that usually remain "blind," including the space behind the back of the head.

10 минут практики в день превзошли мои ожидания. Ощутимо улучшилась координация движений тела при выполнении физических упражнений, на открытом, закрытом пространстве, координация пальцев при печати вслепую! И все это за несколько дней практики.
