A set of 4 complexes, which become more difficult from one to another and have a common goal - to strengthen the back and, in general, the muscle corset of the trainee.
Three complexes of an easy level, and one medium level (there are no very difficult asanas, just a rather intense complex). The first two complexes are short, up to 10 minutes, the second and third - 20 minutes each. Asanas are designed in such a way that the complexes work well on the entire musculoskeletal system, but especially on the back and shoulder girdle. Therefore, training favorably affects the back and improves overall condition. Suitable as a separate short workout, and as an addition to an existing practice in the studio, at home or with a teacher.
