Push your lower jaw forward as far as you can. Hold this position for 30 seconds. Then, on the contrary, try to push it as deep as possible under the top one - and again freeze for half a minute. Move your jaw to the left to the limit, take a 30-second pause. And to the right - exactly the same. Repeat the entire cycle 3 times. You will improve the contour of the oval of the face, tighten the muscles that support the chin and work out the muscles of the neck.
Remove nasolabial folds
Puff out your cheeks very, very strongly. Imagine that you have a ball in your mouth, and roll it slowly, controlling each stage: to the right, so that the right cheek puffs out more than the left, down, so that the lower lip sticks out a little, to the left and up. After completing a full circle, repeat in the opposite direction: left, down, right, up. This is a great gymnastics for the muscles of the cheeks! Repeat 6 times.
Strengthen your cheekbones
Tighten your muscles with all your might, giving your face an expression of extreme skepticism: lips pursed, corners lowered, teeth clenched, eyes narrowed. Stay like this for 5-10 seconds. And now vice versa: smile with the smile of the Joker, bare your teeth, stretch your lips as wide as possible, goggle your eyes. And so 6 cycles: you will improve blood circulation, strengthen collagen and elastin fibers and increase skin turgor.
Work your cheeks
Make your lips "duck", but exaggerated, pull them forward, as if imitating a kiss. Hold for half a minute, relax and repeat 5 more times.
Get rid of bags under the eyes
Wink alternately with the left and right eyes 10 times: the blood circulation in the eyelids will improve, and the swelling will go away!
smooth your forehead
Move your eyebrows, freeze. Spread. Now make a surprised expression by raising your eyebrows as high as you can. And repeat the whole cycle from the beginning. This is an excellent prevention of the appearance of both brow and transverse wrinkles.
