To perform this complex, you need more auxiliary tools: a ball and a massage roll (special or homemade). They will be needed for self-massage techniques, the so-called myofascial release, i.e. a technique for relaxing muscles and fascia, which gives us the opportunity to stretch the muscle not longitudinally, as is done in yogic practice, but transverse stretching.
