The YWS SPORT system, developed by Andrew Sidersky in collaboration with Victor Petrenko and Alice Berseneva, is a "toolkit" for optimizing an athlete's psychophysical state.
The methodology was created at the request of world-record freediver Alexey Molchanov and showed a phenomenal increase in performance: swimmers' water gliding efficiency increased by 33–50% after just the first "dry" training sessions.
