This training cycle was developed by Andrew Sidersky as a powerful tool for releasing deep physical and mental stress caused by critical life events. The program was created during periods of extreme tension, when it was vital to quickly and effectively restore a resourceful state and regain the ability to act mindfully.
What makes this cycle unique? Unlike typical relaxation programs, "Anti-Stress" works by "compressing" internal energy and building core psychological stability. The practice doesn't just help you relax; it helps you achieve a state of calm detachment and mental clarity. You will find the "anchor point" that allows you to maintain self-control and sharp reactions, even when external situations spiral out of control.
Structure and Levels: The cycle consists of 6 series divided into two stages:
Basic Level (Series 1–3): Designed to shed the initial "stress armor," work with the breath, and restore fundamental balance.
Advanced Level (Series 4–6): Deep processing through complex holds, kidney area activation, and energy locks. Includes lotus-based elements.
How to practice: For maximum effect, perform all 6 series consecutively as a single training session. However, you can adapt the program: practice the first three series if you are a beginner, or do one series a day to maintain a steady state of awareness.
This cycle is more than just yoga; it is a technology for survival and preserving human resources in turbulent times.
