This training cycle can be used not only to relieve ready-made stress, but also to “prepare”, to even out the state. So that in the future, stressful situations do not deeply affect you and you are able to function adequately, with clarity and clarity of mind. Then this training cycle can be used as a "prevention" by doing all 6 or 3 series when there is time. Or one short episode a day.
