Part Descriptions
Part 1. Entering the Flow. Breath tuning and opening energy points (adharas). A smooth launch of the pranic flow to prepare the body and mind.
Part 2. Dynamic Sequence. Active work with the spine and joints. Building energy and entering the flow state through mindful transitions.
Part 3. Deep Immersion. Intensive practice of forms (Bakasana, backbends). Finding the balance between physical drive and inner concentration.
Part 4. The Vairagya State. Final forms and the transition to stillness. Silencing the internal monologue and deep relaxation in Shavasana.

Саме важке в цьому комплексі, це сидячи із сампурною- мудрою, рухати очі зверху донизу на вдиху , та рухати очі знизу догори на видиху. А так взагалі то один кайф.
