The course consists of 6 lessons, 2 hours each. The course program is structured in such a way that each next lesson is a thematic continuation of the previous one. Everything that we will do in the practical part will be analyzed in detail in the theory. All the information voiced during the theoretical blocks will be thoroughly worked out in practice. This approach will contribute to a better assimilation of the information received and its further consolidation in the form of acquired skills in the body. As a result, each participant will be able to take out not only useful information, but also a lot of practical keys, the use of which in the future will help change the quality of their own training.
Despite the fact that the format of the event is declared as “for beginning practitioners”, participation in it will be useful for more experienced practitioners, as well as teachers who would like to expand and supplement their understanding of the methodological approach in working with beginners.

Where to begin? Your version of the correct entry into practice. Optimal group training schedule. Choosing the right teacher for you. The quality of the resulting state after training, depending on the time of day. Various kinds of contraindications and restrictions due to your current condition. How to control the state during the session and what manifestations and prompts of the body to pay attention to.
- movement culture. Various options for performing transitional movements. The concepts of "rhythm" and "uniformity". Dividing transitional movements into parts and filling them with meaning. Synchronization of movements with breathing.
- geometry of figures (asanas). Key principles of geometric detuning. Simple rules that apply to all asanas, using the basic models of body representation as an example. Implementation and integration of the voiced principles into the process of continuous practice. Individual correction of each participant.
- breathing process. Understanding how we breathe. What breathing movements can the body make? How, by combining different respiratory movements, you can build different types of breathing, and which of them can be used in certain breathing modes. What are diaphragms. How they are involved in the process of breathing and how to control them. Integration of the received information into the process of continuous practice of sets of exercises and breathing exercises.
- what is attention. How to control attention in the process of practice by performing simple physical manipulations. How to transfer the acquired skills into the process of life and improve its quality. The entire practical part will be built on the basis of the programs of the YOGA23FiT methodology, its “basic version” (Basic). It is these programs, in accordance with the name, that are the most optimal option for entering practice - a kind of foundation on the basis of which the study and development of the next versions of the methodology are built.

Пожалуй, самое полезное видео по йоге, что я вообще смотрел. Всё разъясняется последовательно и очень подробно. А главное -- Виктора очень приятно слушать: хорошо поставленный голос и отсутствуют повторения одной и той же мысли одними и теми же словами по нескольку раз. Каждое слово произносится осознанно, без желания просто заполнить паузу. В общем, огромное спасибо Виктору и Алисе. Всем начинающим горячо рекомендую этот семинар для входа в практику Yoga23.
Добавлю немного дёгтя в бочку мёда. Учусь по направлению Pilates в школе Polestar, поэтому у меня немного другое представление о том, что такое хорошая лекция .Возможно у людей , постигающих йогу это представление другое .
Но если бы у меня не было первичного представления о работе с телом человека, то для меня эти шесть лекций были бы "лесом тёмным". После просмотра осталось ощущение кусков информации , которые забыли сложить в единый пазл- никакой целостности от полученной информации
