Bannana Bread
I was looking for a suitable recipe for a long time, I could not understand what was wrong with my bananas)) As a result, I returned to the very first one and finally realized what exactly I was doing wrong! It turns out that everything needs to be whipped with a maximum whisk on a mixer (it’s better to do it manually) - no blenders, otherwise it’s all whipped into a dense, unbaked mass. And yes, of course, I put half as much sugar - 300 grams is too much. So
Necessary:
- 300 gr. bananas (without peel), I had 3 pcs. medium size;
- 150 gr brown (beet, cane) sugar, of course white;
- 150 soft butter;
- 3 small eggs;
- a pinch of salt;
- 150 gr wheat flour
- 30 gr almond flour (I didn’t have it, I replaced it with corn flour)
Cooking:
- Cut bananas into pieces and mash in a bowl with a fork - if there are small pieces, it's not scary.
- Add sugar, salt and mix well.
- Add soft butter to this mass and mix well with a whisk until smooth.
- Add eggs, beat again and mix.
- And at the end, add the flour (both), mix well with a whisk or a spoon, I repeat again - no blenders!
- Bake at a temperature of 180, at least 30 minutes, check every 5 (readiness check with a toothpick).
- Let cool on a wire rack.
In the original recipe, it is recommended to wrap in a film and stand for 6-8 hours, but who will give it to him!
