Gentle Practices for Hard Days

An Original Course by Inna Nilova for Restoring Strength and Inner Balance

"I’ll manage. I’m okay. Everything is fine." We say this to ourselves every day. Sometimes it’s true, but sometimes — it’s not at all.

There are days when waking up and just getting out of bed feels like a feat. When accumulated fatigue, poor sleep, and worry for loved ones leave no energy even for routine tasks. When life feels too heavy, and we feel completely "out of shape."

Inna Nilova, the course creator and an experienced yoga teacher, developed this program based on her own experience of navigating such times:

«When I feel like I have no strength, no desire, and no motivation, I do "gentle yoga for hard days." To do at least something for myself today. These sequences aren’t about records or competitions; there’s no excessive effort. They are about care, attention, and looking after yourself».

What is this course about?

This is a series of four gentle practices designed specifically for moments when a full-intensity workout feels impossible. It is your "safe harbor" where you can just be yourself without demanding the impossible from your body.

Program Features:

  1. Deep Restoration: Each sequence is designed to release physical tension and calm the nervous system.
  2. Special Breathing Pattern: We emphasize a smooth exhalation that helps the body relax and literally "breathe out" stress.
  3. Accessible to Everyone: The practices are suitable for all levels. Lessons include various modifications for asanas — from simple ones to deeper versions (e.g., variations in Janu Sirsasana or Half Lotus).
  4. Flexibility: Each session lasts 30–40 minutes. You can choose a single sequence or, if you feel an energy boost, combine several into one practice.


The Result of the Practice

The goal of this course is your well-being, not athletic performance. You will learn to let go of bodily tension, regain mental clarity, and find resources even in the most difficult times.
