Урок 1: Знакомство с инструментом.

Как выбрать безопасный веер, основы хвата и первые движения. Начинаем путь к медитативному состоянию через технику и правильное раскрытие веера.

Урок 2: Разминка и база.

Работа над центральной линией тела и направлением силы. Учимся пружинить на ногах для здоровья спины и плавности переходов в формах комплекса.

Урок 3: Качество и вкус практики.

Закрепляем базу, добавляем элементы системы «13 жемчужин» и Ушу для раскрытия грудной клетки и укрепления связи ума с телом.

Урок 4: Большое дерево.

Подготовительная разминка и мощное медитативное упражнение Цигун. Завершаем изучение первой «дорожки» комплекса, переходя от логики к ощущению энергии.

Урок 5: Шелковые нити.

Глубокая проработка суставов через развивающие упражнения Тайцзи. Изучаем сложный блок форм, концентрируясь на внутренней текучести и комфорте.

Урок 6: Энергетическая безопасность.

Подготовка тела через Цигун и упражнения на накопление сил. Учимся выполнять комплекс в разных режимах — от мягкого до динамичного.

Урок 7: Динамика и сила.

Полное повторение первой части комплекса и изучение новых движений с прыжками. Оттачиваем мастерство владения веером в движении и динамике.
