Discover a deep practice for the lower body with a new signature sequence by Olena Popovych. This class is designed for those who want to not only strengthen their leg muscles but also achieve a new level of flexibility and freedom of movement.

Program Highlights The complex is based on two sequences that physiologically and safely prepare your body for advanced forms. The process is divided into logical stages:

  • Dynamic Warm-up: We begin with an active warm-up featuring lateral stretches, side-to-side transitions in a wide triangle, and holds in the horse pose. This "turns on" the muscles, improves circulation, and prepares the ligaments for deep work.
  • Targeted Practice: The main block focuses on specific asanas for hip joint external rotation. This work is key to spinal health, a graceful gait, and overall progress in yoga.
  • The Path to Half Lotus: The highlight of the session is mastering the Half Lotus pose (Ardha Padmasana). Even if you have never tried this form before, Olena’s methodical approach allows you to explore it with care and safety.

Who is this for? The session is suitable for practitioners of all levels. Special attention is paid to safety: detailed instructions on foot and knee alignment help prevent injury and make the practice effective.

The sequence concludes with a series of counter-poses to release tension and leave you feeling light. Let your body open up, release stiffness, and take a confident step toward mastering classic yoga asanas.
