The complex is focused on "closing the hole in the solar plexus."

With constant, regular exhaustion, as a result, it can lead to functional disorders, changes in the functioning of the stomach and pancreas. The complex works as a blocker of this state.
Especially suitable for teachers of yoga or any other body-oriented practice. For example, because of the weather or because of someone who is exhausted and tired in a group or individual working with "difficult" clients, it can be very difficult to regain strength, because the teacher naturally shares energy with a group or individual practitioner and then it is hard to stop this transfer of energy after the end of the session. This complex can be performed after class just to block unnecessary "leakage" of energy.
The complex consists of:
- the first part - "closes the hole in the solar plexus." Sometimes it is enough to complete the first part of the complex, and everything will be fine, but sometimes it is not enough just to block the leakage of energy, but you also need to strengthen the inner heart center so that the leakage does not resume again.
- the second part is a very short complex, essentially an addition to the first part. The complex strengthens the heart center.
A fairly simple set of exercises (for practitioners of an intermediate level and above), which is performed quickly, in one breath, i.e. one breath in the fixation stage and one breath in the transition.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to lie down and relax on your back after these complexes.
You can do it every day too. If you need twice a day, then the interval should be at least four hours.

Достаточно простой набор упражнений (для практиков среднего уровня и выше), который выполняется быстро, на одно дыхание, т.е. одно дыхание в стадии фиксации и одно дыхание на переход. Расслабляться на спине после этих комплексов НЕЛЬЗЯ.
