Morning yogi gymnastics for beginners. A series of nine Surya Namaskar complexes was developed by Andrey Sidersky.

Breathing scheme: one breathing cycle for fixing the asana and one for the transition from asana to asana:
the beginning of the complex - inhale-exhale - the entrance to the asana;
inhale-exhale - fixing the asana;
inhale - exit the asana;
exhale - enter the next asana;
and so on.

Breathe smoothly, stretching the respiratory cycle for the entire asana.

The complex can be performed several times in a row: 3, 6, 9, 12 or 18 times.
