Pain and discomfort in the back are caused by a large number of factors, so in the “Healthy Back” course we will work not only with the back, but also with seemingly unrelated, but so important - feet, palms and breathing. We will combine a huge number of different multiplanar movements, giving your body functionality. The course is designed for people who are either just starting to practice yoga, or do it for a short time, because people who practice yoga for a long time do not have back pain.

This is a practical course, so all the lessons are with a lot of practice and a minimum of theory.
