This course is dedicated to the prevention of problems that have arisen as a result of degenerative changes in the spine, tissues of adjacent vertebrae and intervertebral joints. At the initial stages of this kind of violation is called "osteochondrosis". As statistics show, "osteochondrosis" is observed in 80% of the world's population. In most cases, "osteochondrosis" manifests itself and is diagnosed in the last stages, when the violations become almost irreversible. Restoration of tissues at the last stage of the development of "osteochondrosis" requires considerable effort. At the same time, prevention in the initial stages allows you to completely restore the normal structure and all functionality of the spine. As a tool for solving these problems, we will use techniques from the arsenal of yoga gymnastics.
The course is aimed at preventing problems with the spine that occur with osteochondrosis. It is built on the basis of the key techniques of yoga gymnastics, which have a high therapeutic effect.
The course consists of:
joint warm-up - simple warm-up exercises for the feet, hands, neck and pelvis, which can be performed as morning exercises every day + theory of movement execution;
the first part of the training in the initial standing position (can be performed at any time and in any place) + theory of movement execution;
the second part of the training in the initial sitting position + theory of movement execution;
a series of 4 short complexes, composed of asanas of yoga gymnastics, which is performed sequentially, the execution mode is 3 times a week + a theoretical part, in which explanations are given on the technique of performing each asana.
