We present to your attention a series of complexes for pregnant women, which consists of three sequences - easy, medium and high difficulty levels.

The series is suitable primarily for pregnant women, but it will also be useful for girls who are planning a pregnancy and for beginners. Exercise will help strengthen and make more elastic muscles, ligaments and tendons. Thus, the muscular corset is fixed, posture improves and back pain disappears. Breathing exercises will help you relax and, if necessary, relieve stress, also saturate the blood with oxygen and improve lung function. Regularly performing these simple sequences, you will feel much more alert, healthier and more confident.
